Free usps parcel select ground shipping in the USA lower 48 states only . outside of lower 48 states shipping and handling will be calculated by your location. please feel free to ask any questions. thank you

that could happen possibly if you buy everything straight through paypal checkout.its best to contact me first and i can send you and invoice with total figured up.but if it does i will refund the difference between the shipping and any overcharge.
